How Does My ECCB Outdoor Order Ship? 

You’ve spent the time carefully selecting furniture that will change your patio, no color or cushion unthought of and you’re ready to press “checkout” on your shopping cart. But then you stop and think, how is this furniture getting to me?  

This all depends on what you’re buying! 

Select Adirondack chairs, select side tables, birdhouses, bird feeders, and squirrel feeders fit in a box and ship at no charge to you via Fedex Ground. If your Fedex shipment contains more than one box, you will be sent a master tracking number. Sometimes boxes will be delivered on different days, so this tracking number will allow you to check the status of each box. Please allow three business days from the initial box delivery and the tracking says in transit for all of your items to arrive. If after these three business days your order is still not complete, please call our shipping department at 800-687-5086 ext. 3.  

Besides these boxed items, our other furniture must be shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. This is the most cost-efficient way to ship oversized items that don’t fit into a box for traditional parcel delivery as you’re only paying for the physical space your item takes up in a truck. Your items’ freight class (determined by weight), destination location, and access factor into what your shipping cost will be, each order is completely unique so there isn’t a flat charge.  

For orders that require freight shipping, you will receive a freight quote after you check out. You must approve this quote before your order can move forward as there is no other way to ship these items to you. Don’t let this shipping charge scare you! We work with freight companies to negotiate the best rates possible. Even after shipping is added, our prices are still the best out there for the same quality of product. 

If you are located close to our warehouse in western PA (or want to take a trip!), you may want to pick-up your furniture instead. We are doing pick-ups by appointment only. Your order will still have the same production lead time as one being shipped, but our shipping department will contact you to set up your appointment time.  

LTL freight shipping can be new to some of our customers that aren’t used to getting larger furniture delivered, so we hope this explains a little more about the process.
