Poly lumber is easy to clean and maintain. Dust with a soft cloth or soft bristle brush, and tend to spills and stains with a mild soap and water. Tough stains can be removed by scrubbing with wet Melamine sponge. We do not recommend power-washing your poly lumber furniture, but if you do, you must keep the power-washer at least 12 inches from the surface of the furniture and do not use a stronger setting than 1500 PSI. No waterproofing, no staining, and no painting is ever required! Keep away from direct heat.

The chair is good quality and the materials are nice, but the seat depth is not 18 inches. This particular style does not advertise an 18 inch seat depth, but the other versions do. It would seem unlikely that this particular style has a unique, shorter seat depth; it's about 16.5 inches from the deepest part of the back to the front edge of the seat. As a point of comparison, the cheap plastic adirondack chairs that get brittle and crack after a season, actually have an 18 inch seat depth, and was what I referenced before I bought these. If the seat was actually 18 inches deep these would be outstanding, 5 stars. Otherwise, they feel short (I'm 6'1").

This is a beautifully designed chair that stands apart from more conventional design offerings. The two tone colors we selected look perfect on our dock. The overall quality and materials of the chair are excellent and the swing out cup holder is a bonus. The only misses were a couple of small details: the ECCB logo plaque on all 4 of our chairs was applied crooked and looks cheap; the bolts provided to secure the front of the arm is longer than it should be. Overall, this is a strong, comfortable, attractive chair that is as good or better than its high end competitors.

Received 2 chairs last weekend and they are awesome! The first one took about 20 mins to put together with very easy to follow instructions. The chair comes in about 5 pieces that are all pre-built, and you only need to install about 10 nuts and bolts. Super easy. The 2nd chair went together in 10 minutes, then I was relaxing in the sunshine. The chairs were so comfortable I didn't even realize I stayed in the sun for 2 hours and ended up looking like a lobster! The chairs are just that comfortable! I'll definitely come back when I need additional chairs for my yard!
