Our Outer Banks Deluxe Oversized Poly Lumber Folding Adirondack Chair ships un-assembled in a box. Assembly is an easy 3 step process and all required hardware is included in the box. Poly lumber is easy to clean and maintain. Dust with a soft cloth or soft bristle brush, and tend to spills and stains with a mild soap and water. Tough stains can be removed by scrubbing with wet Melamine sponge. We do not recommend power-washing your poly lumber furniture, but if you do, you must keep the power-washer at least 12 inches from the surface of the furniture and do not use a stronger setting than 1500 PSI. No waterproofing, no staining, and no painting is ever required! Keep away from direct heat.

I still meant to give this product 5 stars (not 4) even with the shipping issue. I did read another 4 star review where the customer mentioned the bolts being too long and tearing clothes, I'm assuming they placed those bolts on backward, which is what I almost did when assembling and said to myself (this will tear clothes), read the fine print in the directions, and flip them around they don't go on the same way as others.
Pleased with the chairs. I like that they fold and have the cup and wine glass holders and I like the Antique Mahogany color. They are comfortable to sit in, however, my lakehouse neighbor ordered some from a big membership club, and her adirondacks are a bit bigger and beefier and are not as low to the ground so a bit easier to get in and out of. I guess it is a trade-off as I wanted foldable, cup holders, and the wood look, which is a big plus! Compared to some I have seen in Amish shops, these are not what I would call "oversized" chairs, but they are not on the small side either. Had a bit of trouble with shipping as I contacted ECCB to not ship my order while on vacation, but they did anyways.
These adirondack chairs are very well made and easy to assemble. They look fantastic around our firepit. Great value!!!
Terrific product. Super comfortable, great color section, relatively easy to assemble (even extra fasteners!), folds/stores nicely, and love the cup and stem glass/phone holders!
I've tried these at a friend's house and at a hotel so I knew that they were sturdier than any other similar product. That's why I chose them. The color is so vibrant (I got blue). They were easy to put together, however the wrench was missing from every package. Beautiful. Strong. Comfortable. Love the drink and phone holder. I've already spent hours in them.
These chairs were not only the best priced ones we could find, but the fact that they fold, have a cup holder, wine glass holder and slot for a cell phone for tablet make them an even better deal! They are amazing quality and are super comfortable!
We bought these in 2019 and they look brand new. We live in rainy NW with a ton of moss & tree pollen. These are so much easier to clean than cheaper plastic adirondacks which get mossy and require pressure washing. Towel - soapy water or windex and good to go. Love the wine glass holder and cell phone holder. Comfortable, durable. Even bought 2 more since and now have 6. Great investment
We bought the color "Aruba" and it is gorgeous. The assembly was much easier than we anticipated. The chairs are very comfortable and great quality. I love the wine glass holder with the cell phone stand - such a cool touch. I highly recommend these chairs!
We ordered the Outer Banks 4-Piece Deluxe Adirondack Chair set. The chairs appear to be of excellent quality. Really easy to assemble. Received the chairs in just a couple of days. Very satisfied with this purchase.
